   You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

2. Cancellation by Consultant:
   If your healthcare consultant cancels or fails to attend session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. After Consultation Begins:
   Once the consultation has started, fees are non-refundable.

4. Technical Issues:
   If technical problems prevent the consultation from taking place, we will reschedule or issue a full refund.

5. Refund Process:
   To request a refund, contact our support team at info@healthcareexecsolutions.com.  Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
